Pre-Travel and First Trip

  • Screening of Applicants
  • Collection of Applicant dossier
  • Liaise between medical clinics and legal professionals to find the best choice of SMs and egg donors for client family
  • Provide family with preliminary information about potential SMs and egg donors (reduces length of trip)
  • Assist and advise families throughout the matching process
  • Liaise between all parties involved to ensure a smooth and successful first trip  
  • Organize and schedule travel
  • Ensure that clients have a Coordinator/Translator as well as Driver(s) available for them throughout their trip
  • Our Representative will oversee the logistics of the first trip and provide constant support in all aspects of their travel

Between Trips

  • After first trip, families will be provided with regular progress updates regarding  procedures with SMs and Egg donors (if applicable)
  • After confirmation of pregnancy, provide families with monthly reports
  • Provide families with monthly status report regarding their SM.  Report to include information regarding SM’s emotional state, well-being, activities.
  • Accommodation of all additional needs of SM (including hiring psychologist for a series of meetings with SM, communicate with her family members, husband, children, etc. to ensure that SM’s overall environment and family life is healthy)
  • In case of health emergencies, including, but not limited to pregnancy difficulties; ensure that all measures are  taken to protect the pregnancy,  including additional visits with the doctor, screening,  tests, etc.
  • If the first pregnancy attempt fails we will continue to work with the family through two additional attempts with the same SM. 
  • Keep family fully informed about all pregnancy attempts. 

2nd Trip

  • Provide SM with information about the family and their arrival for delivery.
  • Help the family find necessary accommodations for hotel or apartment so that the parents can live with the child comfortably post-birth. 
  • Oversee general family preparations for the second trip. 
    • Ensure that the clients have a Coordinator/Translator as well as Driver(s) available for them throughout their trip
    • Provide constant support regarding all aspects of trip
  • Help to arrange necessary visits to the doctors for the baby during this time. 
  • Be available in case of emergency. 
  • Assist in arranging transportation inside of the country and tickets returning to the U.S.
  • Work with legal professionals so that the family will be able to obtain the birth certificate, passport, as well as other documents, in a fast manner
  • Assist in arranging appointments with the American Embassy to obtain the child’s visa to enter the United States.
